What we actually are
Codirex is a compact team of designers and engineers, not an agency with a sales layer between you and the people doing the work. The person who scopes your project is the person who builds it. That is the whole operating model, and most of what follows is a consequence of it.
It means we take on fewer projects than a larger studio. It also means nothing gets handed to a junior after the contract is signed, decisions get made in a day rather than a fortnight, and you can ask a direct technical question and get a direct technical answer.
What we believe about building software
Scope first, always. Most failed projects were never really defined. Before any build work starts you get a written scope: what is included, what is not, what it costs, and when it lands. If something needs to change mid-project — and it sometimes does — you see the impact on price and timeline before you approve it.
Fast is a feature. A beautiful site that takes six seconds to load is a broken site. Performance is budgeted from the first design decision, not bolted on during a panic before launch.
You own everything. Design files, source code, hosting accounts, domain, admin access. No proprietary page builder you can only edit by paying us, no hostage arrangement, no "we host it for you" trap. If you ever want to move on, you can, and we will help.
Handover is part of the job. Launch day is not the finish line. Your team gets trained on the system they now own, and we stay reachable for three months afterwards without a support contract.

Development runs in a visible staging environment you can open any time, with performance, security and real-device testing before launch.
Launch & support
We deploy, train your team, hand over every account and file, and remain available for three months after the invoice is paid.
