Last updated 5 August 2026. This notice explains what Codirex Digital Technologies (Private) Limited collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Who we are

What this site collects
The contact form. When you send a project request we receive the name, email address, selected service, budget range and message you type. We use it only to reply to you and to discuss the project. The form is delivered by Web3Forms, which passes the submission to our inbox on our behalf.
The project estimator. Your selections stay in your own browser. If you press “Send this estimate to Codirex”, the summary is placed in the contact form for you to review — it is not transmitted anywhere until you submit the form yourself.
WhatsApp. If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is carried by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy, not ours. We keep the chat for as long as the enquiry is live.
Nothing else. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising scripts, and loads no third-party fonts or trackers. Typefaces are served from our own domain.
Hosting
The site is hosted on a static hosting platform which, like any web server, records standard request logs — IP address, timestamp, requested page and browser type — for security and reliability. Those logs are kept by the hosting provider under its own retention policy.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our email for as long as the commercial conversation is live, and are then kept for up to 24 months in case you come back to us. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.
Who we share it with
Nobody, beyond the service providers needed to run the site and our email — currently the form provider named above, our email and hosting providers, and WhatsApp if you choose to message us there. We do not sell data, and we do not send marketing email to addresses collected here.
Your choices
- Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
- Ask us to delete your enquiry.
Message us on WhatsApp (+92 333 9189568 or +1 819 701 8868) and we will action it within 30 days. If you would rather not use the form at all, WhatsApp reaches the same people.
Changes
If this notice changes we update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
