Trade ordering that works the way trade buyers do.
Hussain Traders was taking wholesale orders by phone and WhatsApp, re-keying each one by hand. Their customers wanted their own pricing, their own history, and a way to reorder in a minute.
B2B ordering platform
Catalogue, account pricing, quotes and order management.
Orders arrive structured and priced correctly.
The brief
Wholesale is not retail. Different customers pay different prices, order in cases rather than units, and often need a formal quote before they can buy. A standard store layout fights all three. The business needed its regulars to serve themselves without losing the negotiated terms that keep them loyal.
What we did
- Built a trade catalogue with per-account price lists, so each logged-in customer sees their own agreed pricing.
- Added case and pallet quantities with minimum order rules enforced at the line level, not at checkout.
- Created a quote request flow: build a basket, request a quote, receive an approved price, convert it to an order in one click.
- Gave every account an order history with one-click reorder — the single most-used feature after launch.
- Connected orders to the existing back-office process so nothing is re-typed.
- Set up roles so sales staff can place orders on a customer's behalf without sharing logins.
The result
Regular customers now place their own repeat orders, and the sales team spends its time on new accounts rather than transcription. Pricing errors from manual entry have effectively disappeared, because the price a customer sees is the price the system applies.
“The WooCommerce setup was exactly what we needed, with responsive support after launch.”
